Our Story

Djema Olivier-Galette, known as Djema Redeemed, was born and raised in Haiti. At the age of 20, she moved to the United States, where she pursued her education. She obtained her first Master's degree in Business Management from Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, MA. Later on, Djema's thirst for knowledge led her to return to school, where she earned a second Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Cambridge College.

Djema's journey has been marked by significant accomplishments and the perseverance to overcome numerous obstacles. Throughout her life, she became intimately familiar with the phrase, "If only it was me, I would have...". These words echoed in her mind, filled with the voices of those who doubted her and the endless criticisms she faced. However, Djema, over time, learned to silence those negative voices and harness her inner strength and abilities to not only save herself but also to support her family.

Inspired by her own struggles and the drive to rise above the doubters, Djema created the "Shut Up Until You're There Organization." This organization was born from her personal journey and a commitment to help others facing similar challenges. The organization's mission is to empower individuals to overcome their obstacles, doubts, and external criticisms. It encourages people to find their inner strength, just as Djema did, and provides support, resources, and guidance to help them achieve their goals and dreams.

The "Shut Up Until You're There Organization" serves as a testament to Djema's resilience and her determination to make a positive impact on the lives of those who may be facing adversity. It stands as a symbol of empowerment, echoing the message that with determination, perseverance, and self-belief, one can overcome even the most challenging circumstances and thrive.
